CEO Patrick Hannon“Thank you to all our valued customers and partners for an exceptional 2024 at CloudScale365! Your support has been integral to our success, enabling us to achieve over $2.2 million in organic growth. We are grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us, allowing us to deliver top-tier IT support to businesses. On average, our customers have been with us for over 11.5 years, totaling approximately 3,400 customers.

In the past year, CloudScale365 welcomed around 300 new logo customers through the acquisitions of YTT, Inc and Zthernet, Inc, enhancing our team with 18 new technicians. Our commitment to efficiency is reflected in our improved internal response times, now among the fastest in the MSP industry. With an impressive 82% same-day close ratio, we are resolving over 5,000 tickets per month.

As we move into 2025, the investments in customer service and sales/account management from last year are yielding results. Already, in the first four months of 2025, we have secured over $1.8 million in new organic contracts, potentially reaching a $24-25 million run rate for 2026.

We have developed a roadmap to enhance our customers’ CyberSecurity and disaster recovery strategies, along with deploying cutting-edge technology to optimize their business functions and reduce expenses. Our focus on AI platforms aims to provide a logical and efficient solution for our clientele.

With 28% of our business in the healthcare sector, CloudScale365 is preparing to launch a customizable Help Desk tailored for Hospitals and Large Medical practices, offering round-the-clock support onsite and remotely. This platform, based on the iVanti platform, will integrate with Epic, Oracle, Athena, and other EMR systems, with technicians specialized in various support functions.
