Mission: Cyber Resilience - Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview – This promotion offers three (3) months free for all customers and prospects who sign a three-year (36 months) contract for our Managed Desktop Solution services. This promotion applies to agreements with up to 100 user seats. For customers requiring more than 100 seats, please contact us directly for a customized offer.
2. Eligibility – This offer is available to all new and existing customers who don’t currently have a Managed Desktop agreement. This offer requires a signed three-year (36-month) contract. Existing customers are not eligible to cancel or amend their current agreements to qualify for this promotion.
3. Offer Period – The promotion is valid from November 5th until December 31, 2025. 
4. Contract Terms – This promotion requires a three-year contract commitment. The three (3) months free will be added and applied to the beginning of the contract period. After the three free months, standard monthly billing will resume for the remaining 36 months of the contract.
5. Seat Limitation – This promotion applies to contracts with up to 100 seats. For businesses requiring more than 100 seats, please contact our sales team for a customized quote.
6. Additional Seats – Any new seats added after the initial contract signing will not be eligible for the promotional three (3) months free offer. These additional seats will be billed at the standard rate for the remainder of the contract term.
7. Termination and Cancellation – Early termination of the three-year contract is not permitted for the seats covered under this promotion. All existing seats included in the agreement must remain active for the full contract term. 
8. Non-Transferability – This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
9. Modifications – We reserve the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
