NASHVILLE, Tenn., January 6, 2024 – CloudScale365, a leading provider of state-of-the-art managed IT services, announced today that it has hired Paul Cadwell as Director of Sales for the Southeast Region. Paul brings a wealth of experience and a passion for customer service, making him an ideal fit to drive our growth and strengthen our commitment to delivering tailored IT solutions.

Paul will focus on key verticals such as healthcare, law, and professional services and build partnerships that drive mutual success. By collaborating with partners who bring opportunities to CloudScale365, he aims to grow both our Channel Partner Program and our direct customer base.

Paul is no stranger to success. During his tenure at PCCW Global, he demonstrated remarkable achievements in growing the Channel from ground zero to what it is today.

  • Leading his team to double-digit growth year on year.
  • He received many year-end awards for his growth in Channel.
  • Building a robust Channel Partner Program with relationships with many of the top TSD’s (Master agents).
  • Built relationships with hundreds of Trusted Advisors & Consultants. (Sub-agents).
  • Grew the channel to three BDM’s covering the East Coast, Central & West Coast.

His ability to cultivate partnerships and manage high-performing teams has earned him industry recognition, including the Most Responsive Channel Program award from ChannelVision Magazine’s Visionary Spotlight Awards in 2020 and 2021.
