An important note to our valued CloudScale365 customers:
In recent months, Microsoft Corporation has been changing the terms and conditions of their contracts with all customers and Cloud Service Providers such as CloudScale365. We are required to have our agreements in accordance with standard Microsoft user agreements. The major changes that are coming initially are as follows:
Microsoft is increasing their rates 10%-25% on specific licenses.
These price increases are not unexpected, as Microsoft has not raised rates in almost 10 years.
Microsoft is eliminating month-to-month licensing options for many of their licenses.
The Microsoft 365 license flexibility (turn on/turn off), is a major change as, as customers must now commit to the price that they pay for the entire year.
CloudScale365 agreements will be updated for the same terms and conditions. In the coming days, we will be communicating the specific license rate changes to our customers.
