Promotion Overview: Order any Cloud/VPS service for one year and receive 2 months free out of the 12-month period.

Eligibility:

1. This promotion is valid only for new orders of Cloud/VPS services from CloudScale365.
2. This promotion is not applicable to service renewals.
3. This promotion is valid on all Cloud/VPS configurations from November 21st until December 31st.

How to Avail the Promotion:

1. Configure Your Cloud Resources:
   • Select and configure the Cloud/VPS resources that suit your needs in our Cloud Store.
2. Fill in Your Billing Information:
   • Provide accurate and complete billing information in the designated section.
3. Complete Your Order with Offline Payment:
   • Choose the offline payment option at the checkout.
4. Email Us to Activate the Promotion:
   • After completing the order, email us at billing@eapps.com to activate the 2 months free offer.
   • Upon receipt of your email, we will update your invoice to reflect the promotion.
   • You will be notified via email once the invoice is updated. Complete the payment only after receiving this notification.

Important Details:

• The promotion applies only if all the above steps are followed correctly.
• The promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

Refund Policy:

• If the service is cancelled before the completion of the 12-month term, the user will not be eligible for the 2 months free promotion.
• In case of cancellation before the end of the 12-month period, the promotion becomes void. A refund may be issued based on CloudScale365 discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the original invoice amount minus a refund fee, which can range from 10% to 25%.

• CloudScale365 reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any misuse of the promotion or violation of these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the promotion and may lead to additional charges.
